What if your Sim could investigate possessions and confront supernatural forces? 🔮👁️ Exorcist Career V2 adds an exorcism-themed experience to The Sims 4, where you must discover which Sims are possessed, prepare the necessary items, and perform ceremonies to help them.

✨ What’s included?

🔮 Become an exorcist!

Click on your Sim and select the "Exorcist Settings" menu. From there, you can add or remove the "Exorcist" trait.

Once your Sim has this trait, they can begin investigating other Sims to see if they are possessed.

🕵️ Investigating possessions

👥 You can investigate Sims ranging from teenagers to elders.

During an investigation, you will have access to two new interactions:

👁️ Check for Dark Possession: Determine whether a Sim is possessed or shows no signs of possession.

🕊️ Offer Comfort and Light: Provide comfort and light during the investigation.

The investigation can yield two outcomes: the Sim is either not possessed or is, in fact, suffering from a dark possession. If confirmed, the Sim will receive a new trait that allows an exorcism to be performed.

👻 The "Dark Possession" state

Possessed Sims will have the "Dark Possession" moodlet for 24 hours, which will leave them dazed.

⚠️ Important: This moodlet does not disappear immediately after the exorcism; it will remain until the full 24-hour duration has passed.

🧴 Prepare the necessary items

Before performing an exorcism, you must purchase the required materials using a computer:

Exorcist Service ➜ Purchase Exorcism Items

🧴 Holy Water. ✨ Sacred Oil. ✝️ A religious object.

💰 Each item costs between 2 and 4 §. Make sure your Sim has all the materials in their inventory before you begin. 🕯️ How to perform an exorcism?

Once you have confirmed a possession and gathered the necessary items, follow these steps:

📱 Open your Sim’s phone.

🎉 Go to the Social category and select "Plan a Social Event."

👻 Choose the "Perform Exorcism" event.

🧍 Select the possessed Sim as the client and your exorcist Sim as a participant.

🎯 Complete the event objectives to receive payment.

⚠️ Exorcism interactions will only appear for Sims who have the "Dark Possession" moodlet.
