If you give the 'near good schools' lot trait to a forest park, a lot more teens will visit that lot. They will not just hang out in the open parts of the neighborhood as it is the case when you use useless teen hangout lot trait that EA gave us. 

That way, you can use forest park lots to create a teen exclusive hangout space as there are hardly any other visitors for that lot type.

Teen Hangout Overhaul is a modular mod, but each module can be used on its own or in any combination you like.
