edward and amethyst met in college, studying arts and humanities, and quickly threw everything together to live a wild adventure. but that adventure had to pause when amethyst shared some news: they were having a baby. with jacob on the way, the two had to leave their bohemian lifestyle behind and figure out how to raise a family.

edward landed a job teaching philosophy in san sequoia, and they both embraced suburban life — though never letting go of their roots. amethyst decided to focus on developing her talents (which are still a work in progress... very slowly...) and just got hired as a freelance designer and painter. now she just needs to learn how to paint... minor detail, right?
