🩺This mod adds the Healthy Reminders trait.
✔️Click on your Sim and the Actions menu.
Select Enable Self Checkups to give your Sim the Healthy Reminders trait.
✔️The Healthy Reminders trait will unlock random buffs that remind you to take care of yourself in a variety of ways.
✔️You can also self click on your sim to select different healthy checkups. These will boost the mood of your Sim.
