From the replacement folder, just choose one of the files.
Choose the "Change Streamer" aspiration (optional) in CAS or your Sims dashboard.

After your first stream, you'll have a new feature that unlocks a new menu called "Switch Streaming." In this new menu, you'll be able to interact offline, interact with viewers while streaming using a drone, and get paid for your subscribers each week.
