The Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul (RPO) mod, created by Lumpinou for The Sims 4, is a collection of modifications designed to add realism, depth, and complexity to the relationship, family, and pregnancy dynamics in the game. Formerly known as WooHoo Wellness, this mod consists of multiple modules—currently more than seventeen—that can work together or independently, allowing players to customize their experience in detail. The goal of this vast modification is to enrich the narrative by simulating more authentic and detailed human processes. To do this, it addresses a wide variety of topics, such as preferences about having children, fertility, sexually transmitted diseases, adoption, abortion, pregnancy, complications, and romantic interactions, among others.
