Mod Description
How to start the PMA Mod – Quick Guide
Not sure how to use the mod? Here’s what you need to do:
Click on your Sim (using the cheat menu).
Go to Nemesims PMA Solo and Same-Sex Parenting.
First, click on "Set Fertility" to assign your Sim a fertility level.
Then click on "Set as Gestational Sim" to designate who will carry the pregnancy.
Once set, the PMA Application will immediately appear on the Sim’s phone (under the PMA menu)!
What to expect:
✨ Each Sim is secretly assigned a hidden fertility trait (normal or reduced)
✨ The journey includes:
First step: fertility examinations!
Your Sim might discover they have normal fertility or a cause of female infertility.
After the ultrasound, there is a mandatory 24h waiting period before the next step.
After egg retrieval, another 24h wait before proceeding to the IVF attempt.
(Because let's be real — it's exhausting enough already without rushing everything! 😂)
✨ Realism alert!
Pregnancies aren’t guaranteed — but failure isn’t the end: Sims can retry after a new cycle.
✨ Dedicated Phone App:
Follow the entire journey: fertility status, current protocol, number of injections done — all in one place!

It can work on its own or alongside my main Not So Pregnant mod.
✅ Fully compatible with MCCC (no module removal needed).

¿No estás seguro de cómo usar el mod? Esto es lo que tienes que hacer:
