Your Sim might discover they have normal fertility or a cause of female infertility.

After the ultrasound, there is a mandatory 24h waiting period before the next step.

After egg retrieval, another 24h wait before proceeding to the IVF attempt. (Because let's be real — it's exhausting enough already without rushing everything! 😂) -- The egg retrieval can now fail -- especially for Sims with female infertility.

New pregnancy blood test to be performed 24 hours after IVF or insemination (required to confirm results !)

Pregnancies aren’t guaranteed — but failure isn’t the end: Sims can retry after a new cycle.

Fear of never having children, which can be triggered having to go through assisted reproduction ; the more failed attempts your Sim has experienced, the higher the chances of developing this fear.

And if I want to desactivate your mod ? What if I want it back ?

I added an automated fertility trait assignment system. When you download the mod and play with it, the first load of your save will affect a fertility trait to your Sims when you click on "Set as gestationnal Sim". It permit the players to choose who will carry the pregnancy and that's it ! No need to Set fertility anymore !

In case you don't want to play anymore with it, there is a cheat menu, available on your Sim. You can return to the game fertility system, and the mod's fertility traits and gestationnal Sim trait won't be on your Sims anymore.

In case you want to affect again fertility trait, you'll have to go on the cheat menu as well, and choose "Set as gestationnal Sim". It will affect a fertility trait and a gestationnal Sim trait to your Sims again !
