This mod expands fitness gameplay with new exercises, a new skill, and more realistic limitations based on the Sim's age or condition.

🌟 What's included?

🏋️ New Skill: Strength
Now not all exercise increases the same amount:

💪 Weightlifting increases the Strength skill
🏃 Other exercises continue to increase Fitness

✨ So, your Sims won't be able to become weightlifting experts just by going for a few runs 😅

🚶 New Features
🚶‍♂️ Walking

Your Sims can now go for walks, which:

📈 Increases the Fitness skill
🔥 Helps burn fat
🐢 Burns fat more slowly than running
😊 Also helps with negative moods

Plus, you'll find this option in a new fitness menu 🧩

🥤 Bonus: Protein

💥 Taking protein before training accelerates muscle gain 😎

⚖️ More Realistic Limitations
🤰 Pregnant Sims
During the first trimester, they can exercise Normal
In the second and third trimesters, they can only:
Bodyweight exercises
Walking
👵 Elder Sims
They won't die from exhaustion when:
Lifting weights
Walking
But they can die from:
Running
Using the treadmill

⚠️ Exception: Elder Sims with a high fitness level have more stamina

🏗️ New Barbell Stand

Includes 3 new exercises:

💪 Bicep Curl
🏋️ Barbell Row
🦵 Stiff
🛠️ Changes and improvements

✅ Fixed an issue where Sims were doing bench presses far from the bench
✅ Sims now correctly change into workout clothes when training
✅ Removed the old barbell object
✅ The "Stiff" exercise has been moved to the new barbell stand with improved animations
✅ Adjusted the lighting of some Objects
