Run businesses from home without leaving your lot!

This mod adds Lot Traits (or Lot Challenges if you use the optional add-on) that allow you to open and close businesses in your own home, with real customers entering your property.

🔧 HOW DOES IT WORK?

📌 General Information

🚪 New options appear for doors, archways, and gates to open and close your business.
👥 The customers that appear are real NPCs, behaving the same way they would on community lots.
🔒 Recommended: Lock your house doors to prevent customers from trespassing.
🏡 Ideal uses:

Fences with gates

Defined areas just for your business

⚠️ Performance: This mod spawns NPCs on your residential lot, which may cause lag depending on:

Lot size

Number of Sims

Pets

Objects

Neighborhood

PC processing power

💡 You can run multiple businesses on a single lot (e.g., Daytime Café ☕ / Nightclub 🪩),

🚫 but it is NOT recommended to run more than one at the same time.

No need to greet anyone: start the exam directly from the table

You will receive notifications when patients arrive

Patients stay for a while even after you close the clinic
