Bring your lot to life automatically!

This mod allows baristas, bartenders, DJs, artists, and more NPCs to spawn automatically based on the items you have on your lot 🏡🍸🎶
⚙️ HOW DOES THE MOD WORK?

The mod includes TWO different lot traits/challenges:
1️⃣ 🧑‍💼 Spawn Auto Employees – Professional Employees

This trait causes professional NPCs to spawn automatically when it detects certain items on your lot.

📌 Only 1 NPC per type appears, even if there are multiple identical objects.
📌 Some have a maximum limit, indicated below.
📌 The game checks the lot every 15 Sim minutes to spawn employees.

🍹 Bar ➜ Bartender (max. 4)
☕ Espresso Bar ➜ Barista (max. 4)
🎹 Piano ➜ Performer (Piano) (use piano OR organ, not both)
🎸 Guitar ➜ Performer (Guitar)
🎤 Microphone ➜ Performer (Comedy)
🛒 Market Stall ➜ Vendor (max. 4 if there are 4 stalls)
🚽 Potty ➜ Nanny (ideal for playgrounds 👶)
🎻 Violin ➜ Performer (Violin)
⛪ Organ ➜ Performer (Organ) (only one per lot)
🎧 DJ Booth ➜ DJ (max. 4)
🎭 Performance Space ➜ Performer (Guitar)
🍽️ Refrigerator + Kitchen / Chef Station ➜ Catering / Vegetarian Catering
💆 Massage Table + Chair ➜ Massage Therapist (max. 2)

🎯 Important Requirement
All performers and bartenders need level 5 in their respective skill.

🚪 TOTAL LOT CONTROL

🔒 Options have been added to doors, archways, and gates to:
✅ Allow employees
❌ Block employees

👉 These are disabled by default, so you decide which type of employee can appear on each lot.

2️⃣ 🏠💼 Lot Owners Do the Job – The Owners Work

This mode makes the Sims who own the business appear and work themselves 🧑‍💻🏪
Ideal if you visit the business with another household.

⏳ THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

⏱️ Employees don't appear instantly
🧠 The system needs a few Sim minutes to check objects and generate NPCs
🖱️ In "Owners at Work" mode, the active Sim must hire employees using the available buff
