Purchase an estate from the mailbox:

You will receive daily income based on the rented land

You can upgrade the estate to increase profits

You can designate an heir

When the estate reaches the Dignified level, the Sim enters the Aristocracy.

👑 Social Class System

Sims automatically receive a wealth trait:

💎 Wealthy

💼 Middle Class

🪙 Poor

This determines:

Whether they can be presented to the Queen

Their social standing

Their romantic and political opportunities

💃 Ball Event

Functions as a social event with goals and rewards.

Sims will automatically invite others to dance.

👒 Debut and Scandal

💐 Wealthy teen or young adult Sims can be presented to the Queen.

Some might even be named Incomparable of the Season.

😱 Scandals can arise from:

Public kissing

Caught in the act

Inappropriate behavior

These may appear in Lady Whistledown's newspapers.

If only one Sim witnessed it, you can ask them to keep it a secret… depending on your relationship.
