🧠 Career Description:
Your Sims will start as a Staff Assistant and can progress to Higher Education Program Specialist. At this stage, they must complete two requirements: earn any university degree or pass an exam (with a 50% chance, cost 125 Simoleons).
They can then choose between two branches:

There are two circular menus: one from the degree computer and another when interacting with Sims, with actions such as "manage student affairs," "teach class," or "attend after-hours."
Skills such as Charisma, Logic, and Research/Debate are required. To activate it, place a "Student Services" type lot with computers and a counter, and select it as the degree lot. If your Sim has a college degree, they will advance more quickly within the degree program.
