The “Education Overhaul” mod, by a.deep.indigo, is a modification for The Sims 4 that completely redesigns the game's education system, covering everything from childhood to adulthood. Its goal is to add depth and realism to the characters' academic lives.
For the early stages, the mod introduces a preschool system for infants. For children and teenagers, it expands the school experience with the reintroduction of field trips and punishments, the implementation of projects, and various types of homework. It also adds new educational options such as private school, boarding school (both with admission processes), and virtual learning.
As for adult Sims, the modification expands the Education career with a new specialization for primary and secondary school teachers. This professional branch includes updated tasks and objectives and is compatible with the game's university degrees.
