Career Overhaul Suite by Kuttoe 💼

This mod comprehensively overhauls The Sims 4 careers to make them more challenging and realistic. It lowers starting pay, increases exponential pay growth with promotions, adjusts top-level salaries to reflect real-world professions, raises skill requirements, and adds promotion goals like degrees, friends, and fame. Entertainers can use any performance skill before branching, musicians need two musical skills, and comedians require Acting. With Get Famous, fame boosts pay by up to 25% in certain careers, while criminals lose reputation. Culinary Sims may bring home free food, with higher chances if gluttonous or tired. Sims passively meet coworkers without building relationships, but active socializing increases them. Optional add-ons include Generate Coworkers (spawns coworkers if none are available), Musician Outfit Change (party outfits for musicians), and Degree Reward Nerfs (degrees required for top levels, starting at level 4-5). Supports multiple languages (English, Spanish, etc.).
