📌 What is it?

Do you want realistic health without A Work! 🩺 This modular mod brings a health system to The Sims 4 with only the base game, inspired by the evils of Get to Work. Illnesses, injuries, allergies and more, all without the need for expansions! (Note: If you have GTW, use Healthcare Redux or GTW Overhaul, this mod will clash with them).

🛠 Requirements:

🔹 Expansion: Base game only (no GTW!).

🔹 Recommended: Bust the Dust, Eco Lifestyle or Seasons (improve allergies).

🔹 Files: Core (mandatory) + optional modules: Allergies, Diseases, Injuries, Pregnancy, Death Defuser.

🎓 Features:

1️⃣ Allergies: Symptoms in spring/summer, dirt or industrial areas. temporary vaccines available!

2️⃣ Diseases: Daily contagions, 3 stages (mild to fatal). Deadly lasts 3 days, non-fatal 1.5 days.

3️⃣ Injuries: Occur when exercising (more if you are clumsy or unfit).

4️⃣ Pregnancy: Prenatal appointments, postpartum checkup and baby blues.

5️⃣ SimHealth menu on the phone for medical appointments.

📈 Tasks to play:

✅ Choose modules and wait for them to activate (after sleeping or chatting).

✅ Treat ailments with rest, home remedies (juice, tea) or medicine.

Visit the doctor by phone for life-threatening ailments or serious injuries.

✅ Purchase the Strong Immune System trait to prevent.

🏡 From home:

🎭 Take care of allergies, treat fevers, or send your Sims to the Sports Injury Center if they break something.

🎓 Extra note:

Perfect for players without GTW - don't mix it with GTW Health Overhaul, or there will be conflicts!
