flauschsave: A Basegame-Friendly Save File

Idea

I wanted to challenge myself and create a save file that only uses the basegame and a world's pack.

This save file might be interesting to you if you

• prefer cohesive builds that match the world
• enjoy community lots with a lot of activities
• prefer pretty but playable builds that are not overly cluttered
• want the premades to have homes that suit their personality
• want at least one starter home in each world
• don't have all the packs

I will share all builds on the gallery too (#flauschsave). I don't mind if you upload edited versions of the builds to the gallery, but please remember to give credit.

This is a work in progress and so far only a few lots have been done.

Willow Creek

• 14 residential lots (one could be turned into a rental residential and one could be a nice haunted house)
• park (wedding-friendly)
• pool
• wedding venue (intended to be a cemetary)
• library
• gym
• lounge
• museum (wedding-friendly)

Sulani (WIP)

• 2 residential lots
• national park

Copperdale (WIP)

• highschool
• auditorium (including versions for formal dance, graduation and career day)

Install Instructions

1. Download the file and unzip it
2. Copy the file Slot_00000512.save to your saves folder (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves)
3. In case you already have a save file with the same name rename one of them
4. Start your game and load the flauschsave
5. In case you are prompted choose "Play with missing content" (then some of the activity objects will get removed once you load a lot)

Recommended Mods

Since I built a lot of the community lots as multi purpose lots I highly recommend LittleMsSam's Auto Employees mod: https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/mods/auto-employees-custom-lot-trait With this mod you can have the game spawn a barista at the library or a barkeeper at the pool for example.
