Description

With the new Save File "Busy Sims" I'm trying something new. I usually use all the packs I own. This time I limited myself to the base game. But to make the save file fresh and exciting, I used mods and CC. So Sims can also run a business from home, and there are also some additional hobbies. I found beautiful CC to fill the new houses.

For now, only Willow Creek is changed. All properties there have been redeveloped and all Sims in Willow Creek are new. Most Sims have Likes, Skills and relations. There is a lot of drama going on. Holidays are in the calendar to give suggestions what to do with your Sims. There is one Trailer empty as starter if you prefer to let your own Sim move in.

For now, the save file is only in English available. To translate in German, I will wait till it is 100% ready.

Temple, Moshe, church and spiritual room and wedding room with meeting place in the middle (I wanted to include all big religions, what is funny, because I am not religious I just love to build churches. But I don't know much about synagogues or moshes. So please let me know if I did something wrong, what could be offensive.)

How to download and use:

1. Make a copy of your save and tray folder, just in case. Put this copies on your desktop or somewhere else

2. Download all the mods and CC ( unzip in the Mods folder)

3. The realistic cooking mod asks for deleting files in the optional folder from packs you don't own. It is normal that on CurseForge after this will show exclamation mark as warning, because it sees this as incomplete.

4. If you want, you can download more recipes for the realistic cooking mod or more cc....

5. download the save file and put it in the save folder

If you have problems with the download, try to go on the website version, not the app. Also sometimes the save file has the same name like a save file in your own saves, just rename it, change one number and it should work. The save file has to go in the save file folder NOT the mod folder!

By building and clothing, I limited my self to base game and CC, but I still had all my packs installed. So it is possible, that I missed something and something from another pack is in the save file. As example, a trait or aspiration, I did not know which one are from Base game and which not. Also, I did not delete houses or families in other worlds. If you get a warning by starting the game, that you don't have all needed packs installed, you can ignore that.

Mods and CC

To make the download and updates easy. I limited the mods and cc for download on CurseForge.

If you choose not to download a mod, make sure that this mod is not needed for another mod to work. Xml injector is needed for a lot of mods, Syrls Modding Resource is needed for the realistic cooking mod. SNB Bills needs SNB Banks.

Known Issues:

As I understand, and I could be wrong with this, Sims can live and own a business. Customers will come. But your played sim can not visit other businesses like that.

To collect the earnings in the bar you have to use the computer while the bar is still open.

I know it's a lot of mods to download, but I think this will be worth it. I hope you have fun with this new base game friendly save file.
