• Click Download to this project, extract zip files you downloaded and put tray files on your game tray folder. You can find it on Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
• Go to Relations tab and  download all the required CC. 
• Put all CC you downloaded in your game mods folder. You can find on Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
• You can find the room on your game gallery.
