Revisited version of a build I made a while ago. I hope you will like it. Fully furnished, CC, build. The style is Metropolitan Luxury.

• Main level : entry, cloakroom, formal living room, dining area, kitchen, chef’s kitchen, 4 half bathrooms, 2 full bathrooms, family living room, cinema, gym/spa, butlers/guest bedroom (with a private bathroom/closet), garage, lounge, workshop, laundry I and wineroom.
• Upper level : master bedroom (with a private bathroom, closet and balcony), art studio, office, laundry II and 5 bedrooms (all with a private bathroom, closet and access to a shared balcony, one bedroom has access to a private rooftop terrace which is unfurnished and used as an utility space).
• Rooftop : kitchen, full bathroom, utility room, terrace with a cinema, dining area, lounge area, splash pad and hot tub.
• Basement : nectar cellar, vault and utility room. Lots of space for future expansions.
• Garden : multiple seating areas, barbecue area, pool, onsen and kitchen garden.
• Lot size : 64×64, designed for the Chateau Peak lot in Del Sol Valley. Looks also good on the Dresden House lot in Windenburg.
