Villa Viaizordis

|The Villa Viaizordis is not the only lot I have created and posted in The Sims 4 Gallery, I have many others and I hope to upload and share them with all of you.

This residential lot was created on a 30x20 plot and cost about 399,000 §, I personally... have not been able to buy it in my save yet, I am too poor and recently found out that it was taken by some sims.

Creating this lot took me about 7/8 hours, all of course done live on twitch and I am happy with what came out of it. I invite you to visit the house in person so you can see the details around the house.

To make the best use of this lot, I recommend having at least the used DLCs, but it is not a requirement, everyone does what they want and what they can. I recommend having them of course.

|La Villa Viaizordis non è l'unico lotto che ho creato e pubblicato nella Galleria di The Sims 4, ne ho molti altri e spero di caricarli e condividerli con tutti voi.

Questo lotto residenziale è stato creato su un terreno 30x20 e costa circa 399.000 §, io personalmente... non sono ancora riuscito a comprarlo nel mio salvataggio, sono troppo povero e da poco ho scoperto che è stato preso da alcuni sims.

La creazione di questo lotto mi ha portato via circa 7/8 ore, tutto ovviamente fatto in live su twitch e sono contento di ciò che ne è uscito. Vi invito a visitare la casa in prima persona per poter vedere i dettagli in giro per la casa.

Per usare al meglio questo lotto, consiglio di avere almeno i DLC usati, ma non è un requisito obbligatorio, ognuno fa quello che vuole e quello che può. Io consiglio di averli ovviamente.
