Suburban family home

This home has been *partly* renovated - only the kitchen, dining area and some of the outdoor furniture have been refurbished, while the parents continue to work hard to try and finish the rest of their forever home. With a teen daughter who dreams of college life, a pre-teen son who aspires to be a famous streamer and bills piling up, maybe you can help them get the house of their dreams. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath, laudry room, mudroom, office, kitchen-dining area, living room and family area in the basement.

They also plan to redo their basement and transform it into the family gathering area they've always dreamt of - there's even a spare bedroom for the guests to stay over after a night of drinks and fun! You can also download it from the gallery @carol_cmm
