Piano Teacher's House
Description
A modest 3-bedroom family home with a separate studio for teaching piano lessons. Shown on the Civic Cliffs lot in Newcrest. I began working on this before Businesses & Hobbies was announced, and I don't think it will work with that pack's system, but you don't need it for this lot to be functional - if you have a sim with level 10 piano skill they are able to offer paid mentorship sessions with base game.
