This build was inspired by an old house in my neighborhood, just changed to be more modern due to the lack of old looking fence with a matching gate in the packs I've used.

A nice old lady used to live there, but the place's now up for sale. In my head, that was Grim Reaper (or rather, Dona Morte), and she still comes into her secret room from time to time, while the current residents believe she's just there to take care of her cowplant.
