I built this house for parents and a child. It is possible to change the office into a room for another child. The game sees this house as a tiny 64-cell house with all the benefits. Although in fact, it is much larger. There is a swimming pool, a workshop outside and a place to grow plants in a shelter. It occupies an area of 30/20, the cost is 90.742. No CC
