I'm thrilled to present one of my favorite creations! A fully detailed mansion featuring an exact replica of the Trevi Fountain, located in Italy.
Lot size: 64x64
The mansion's exterior includes:
- An entrance courtyard with a fountain
- A stable for several horses, complete with training facilities
- A garage with cars for the staff and residents of the estate, as well as bicycles
- The grand Trevi Fountain overlooking the swimming pool
- A conservatory for gardening, featuring all the flowers, fruits, and vegetables available in the game
- A covered terrace for enjoying tea and painting while gazing at the fountain
On the ground floor:
- A grand entrance hall with a piano
- A large dining room with a lounge area for conversation and games
- A laundry room
- A large kitchen
- A large ballroom/banquet hall
- An office
- A throne room if you're playing a royal theme
Upstairs:
- The staircase leads to a large common room with a view of the fountain and the town (mine was in Bellacorde)
- 4 bathrooms
- 2 nurseries/toddler rooms

- 2 teen bedrooms
- 2 staff bedrooms

To install it:
- Download the zipped folder
- Open "My Documents," then "Electronic Arts," then "The Sims 4," then "Tray"
- Open your zipped folder
- Select all the files inside the zipped folder and drag them into your "Tray" folder. Never put folders in "Tray"!
You can find my build by going into your game, clicking on Gallery, then "My Library." And that's it! =)
