House with Shop. 1 room builded spesial for yard sale table (I used BG loked ver.).
Door should be open like this. In normal close room - sale table not work proper.
The housse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and basement. 2 bedrooms with bathroom (bath and toilet separate) upstairs. Basement: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom; hobby spase; potential space for washing mashine.
The cost of the house is 119 689.
Base Game and High Scool Years only.
I used cheat "bb.moveobjects" for place car, door for shop and some plant. And I didn`t have any issues with putting this lot without cheat.
*You will need to install all extracted files into your tray folder. Located in the same place as your mods folder just labelled "Tray"
