For Fashion Photo Model Studio

Hello, fellow simmers! :)

I came across some lot traits by KiaraSims4Mods and decided to build a place that would fit 2 of them: Modeling Agency Lot Trait 

and Photographic Studio Lot Trait.

Then, I decided it would be much easier if the photographer lived in the studio, after all: why not? 

So, I build them a place underground with a bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining, a living room, and a micro-studio. Nothing fancy.

I used the fashion freelancer photographer career that came with the Moschino Stuff Pack to test the place, and it worked. 

As for the venue: I tried Generic, but it didn't work.

This way, I use it as a residence but leave the door unlocked, so others can come in and interact.

Of course, the apartment underground is locked for everyone except members.

It's always good to have the photographer's eye trait by KiaraSims4Mods too.

The place itself is open, except for the reception and the bathroom.
