Designed as an 'all-in-one' house, with living quarters and livestock stalls under one roof.

Comes with a pond where you can go fishing, a stable for one horse plus goats and sheep, a horse corral, a small farm and a picnic area. 

1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom upstairs, and a tiny attic above the stables.

Originally built on 14 Nettle Lane in Henford-on-Bagley.
Intended for 1 - 2 sims and a horse.
