It's warm and everything you want is a swim and then relax by the pool or just a shelter to keep you cool. Maybe you want your family to be with you, but they don't really care where they sleep, or maybe you have a slightly off familystructure, maybe it's some sort of resort or a cohabitation/commun of some sort, or a religious community.
It's also possible to kick the extra beds out and just make it a house for a couple :)
It has one big master bedroom, and 3 single and a double bed in the big livingroom facing the pool. It has a big diningroom and a small, several open windows to let the wind sweep through to cool the house down.
Activities and objects: easel, garden, piano, bbq, grill, fireplace, bodycrunch, fitness
Playtested by Maria Denbar. She's a social sim hardly ever at home, but sometimes her friends come to visit at home and won't leave.
