(Moscow Cake) is a fruit and crème cake made in the Belgrade Hotel Moskva. For the last 50 years, it is a recognizable and protected trademark of Belgrade. The recipe was invented back in 1974. The main ingredients of the cake – almonds, pineapple and cherries.
