Description
Dorayaki is a Japanese confection traditionally made of two slices of pancakes held together with a filling of red beans paste. Besides red bean paste, other fillings such as fruit and cream are also popular these days. Kamon Dorayakis are Dorayakis with family crests printed on their skin.
