One of my favorite recipes from past Sims games, and in my opinion a staple and easy pasta recipe for our simmies.

This recipe has optional ingredients, you will be able to craft the recipe if you are missing ingredients by paying a fee for the said ingredients missing.
Unless you are using the "Simple Living Lot Challenge" that came with Cottage Living on your home lot. If challenge is active, all ingredients will be required to make the dish. There is no cost to craft the dish if using all ingredients with/or without the challenge enabled.
