This is an old recipe, remade, and re-released as a standalone recipe.
Snails are considered edible in many areas such as the Mediterranean region, Africa, France and Southeast Asia, while in other cultures, snails are seen as a taboo food. This recipe calls for snail to be cooked in butter and herbs to provide a savory appetizer.
