Static TV: No Edith Spawn

This mod prevents Edith from automatically spawning when Sims watch the Static TV channel.

By default, watching the Static channel can trigger a hidden situation that summons Edith onto the active lot. This mod blocks the Static TV systems responsible for selecting and summoning Edith, allowing Sims to continue watching the channel without her appearing.

This update also addresses Edith spawning when Static TV is used on Small Business lots.

What This Mod Does

• Stops Edith from spawning when the Static TV channel is watched
• Prevents Edith from being automatically summoned through the Static TV situation
• Works on standard residential lots and Small Business lots
• Leaves the Static TV channel fully functional
• Does not remove or delete Edith from the game
• Does not alter Edith outside of the Static TV system
• Does not alter other paranormal or ghost-related systems

Technical Details

This is a tuning override mod. It modifies several Edith-specific Static TV tunings to prevent the game from routing Sims through the Edith version of the Static TV interaction and prevents the Static TV situation job from automatically inviting Edith onto the lot.

The mod also retains a failsafe that prevents the original Edith Static TV reaction loot from creating her spawn situation.

No scripts are used.
