Hug Toddler Always Available

My caregiver sims are always getting the want to hug their toddlers, but the option is never available and therefore the want can never be fulfilled. In fact, the only time an older sim can hug a toddler is when they are sad or angry with the comfort/calm down interaction, which doesn't even fulfill the want. So I added a hug interaction that's always available and can fulfill this want.
January 21, 2025 Update: I've added some more interactions to the list that can complete this want. The full list now includes:
- Hug (from this mod)
- Snuggle
- Comfort / Soothe / Calm Down
- Hug Lovingly (Parenthood)
- You'll Be Okay (Parenthood)
- Family Kiss (Growing Together)
