Faster Plant Research - Medium Fast Version

Standing around waiting for my sim to finish researching a plant has become tedious, something I needed a fix for.

This mod reduces the amount of time required from 50-60 minutes to 11-20 Sim minutes.

Note: There are two other versions of this mod, one a bit slower, and one faster. Only install one at a time or they will conflict. Only the 11-20 Sim minutes version is included in this project's page.
