Extreme Sports Enthusiast Aspiration Fix

Bugfix mod: Sims can now actually resume the extreme sports enthusiast aspiration by getting the positive buffs from successfully completing the expert slope. It is hard to get these buffs, but if you manage, it will count towards the aspiration (and not only when you get that buff during icy conditions or a snow storm, which is the case atm).
