Childhood Phases Whim Overhaul

Whimoverhaul is a complete modular overhaul of the EA want system which enhances the chances for family based wants and tunes down wants to buy new stuff. There are special wants for: pregnancy, elder life stage, childhood phases, lifestyles, preferences, careers and much more.

This is the Childhood Phases Module: It adds special wants for the rebellious and mean streak childhood phase.

Important note: Only install the packages for which you own the required packs. The Base Game module is required for all the pack modules to work properly.
