Ask if Merfolk Conversation Tweak

Makes the ask if merfolk interaction less prominent. They will no longer pop up all the time on the first page of the social menu.

I found that quite annoying as I hardly ever use that interaction but it just gets pushed right in my face all the time without this mod.

Conversationtweak is a modular mod, but as always you can totally use this module on its own or in any combination you like.
