One of the studios is furnished and currently home to Linus Python, a former programmer who left his previous company after feeling undervalued. Seeking a fresh start, he applied to a competing tech company based in Komorebi. After accepting the position, he relocated and discovered a new passion for skiing.

One of the duplexes is furnished and home to the Nakamura Family:
Emi Nakamura : Mother and teacher
Takumi Nakamura; Father, Programmer
Their kids : Souta (he is 8), Mei (she is 7) and Itsuki, their last baby boy.
Takumi works in tech and was the one who helped Linus secure his studio in the building, creating a subtle connection between the households and adding depth to the neighborhood dynamic.

The remaining units are left unfurnished for customization, allowing you to expand the story of this residential block however you like.
