Hope Assisted Living Facility

Hello,

I took an interest in the "Senior Living" mod by Wicked Pixxel and decided to build my own Assisted Living Facility.

If you give the building the lot trait which comes with the mod (Assisted Living), other Senior Citizens and Caregivers will spawn. 

BosseladyTV has also created a Lot trait for elder people (Elder Home), which comes with the "Services for Elderly, Youth and Homeless" mod.

I have tested them together (Assisted Living Facility and Elder Home). They work perfectly well - at least for me.

The place has:

1 reception with snack vending machines;

1 Administration Office

1 Living Room with television, videogame, and 2 computers;

1 Music Room 

1 Kitchen;

1 Laundry;

1 Dining Room;

4 bedrooms in which 7 Sims can sleep at the same time;

4 bathrooms (2 showers, and 2 bathtubs);

1 backyard with pool;

2 external areas (one on each side of the building) where the Sims can relax

I placed it as a residence, but it can be used as a generic lot too. I tested both. :)
