✨ The Evermore Project continues in Willow Creek’s Sage Estates

This save is something I am building little by little for my own gameplay and instead of keeping it just for myself, I decided to share it with you as it grows. Over time, Evermore will include families, lores, and stories, turning every neighborhood into a connected world.

📚 After being accepted into the Estates Conservatory of Arts, students are invited to settle into the Estates Conservatory – Dorms, located just a short walk from the main campus. This majestic residence offers everything young artists and scholars need to thrive in both their studies and their social lives.

✨ What’s Inside the Dormitory:

• A dining hall where all students share their daily meals.
• A study room with computers and bookshelves, perfect for homework and late-night projects.
• Four student bedrooms, each accommodating 2–3 Sims.
• A shared bathroom facility to capture the real dorm experience.
• Common rooms filled with games, cozy corners, and a piano for music lovers.
• A concierge’s room on the ground floor, ensuring supervision and assistance for every resident.

Whether your Sims are practicing music, studying late into the night, or socializing with their dorm mates, this residence is the heart of student life at the Estates Conservatory.
