Oasis Springs, unlike previous worlds of the "Brasil com S" save file, has two residential rentals, where one builds the exterior and one an apartment. I chose the apartment 2 for both of themsince they were the only available of each and also in "lots" I've never built before.

I apologize for the higher than usual amount of packs, but that's just what LordDazzle used for the apartment shell, and the amount gets even higher for the residential rental. Although I could've reduced them, I thought there was no need, as barely anyone would download something so specific and I wanted to try out a build with more packs. By the way, the floor tiles got messed when I rotated the room, but I've already reuploaded the apartment to fix them.

The family brief was: couple of businesspersons with two adult daughters, one is a journalist and the other a congresswoman. Made by WesRoyals, they were in the gallery before I even started, by the name "Robalho - Rio Verde 2", although I only saw them halfway through, which is why the color scheme lacks their signature colour.

To publish the entire apartment in one room, I had to trick the game by removing a wall in each room, drawing a bunch of loose ones and then moving them to cover the gaps. Although, after you've bulldozed the previous apartment and placed this one, I suggest redrawing a few walls, so the rooms return to being recognized as different ones and as such, repainting the walls is easier.

May 28th: I got authorization from the lot builder to include the files here, so I did. Keep in mind the build is in a separated zip file from the rooms due to them not being able to be uploaded together. I also added the apartment shells, a simplified version of the one I made and a shell of that one as well.
