Once again inspired by the original building, I separated it into a gym and a spa! They share the same lot and some elements, but the gym is bigger and fancier, while the spa is more cozy.

On the reception area there's seating, a bathroom and a small kitchen for the employees. The spa also offers cookies and cake! Beyond that, the gym has an indoor pool with a locker/shower room nearby and a pond on the back that the spa uses for meditation.

Upstairs there's often complains of noise, as the main space of the gym is right next to their yoga room. Which is why they have a free space to do exercises on the top floor of the gym, but sims usually go there just to watch TV.
