The Medieval baths of Hendford
Description
Good lords, noble ladies, craftsmen, peasants, and travelers passing through, welcome to the Bathhouse of Hendford on Bagley, the warmest place in the village after the blacksmith's forge... and sometimes after a heated market argument!
Here, there are no armored knights or mud-covered farmers: everyone sets aside their doublet, coif, or hose to enjoy a steaming hot bath.
In the great bathing hall, large wooden tubs are filled with water heated since dawn. Servants tend the fires beneath the boilers while bathers exchange news from across the kingdom.
