Gibbi Point Outdoor Pool
Description
Playtested, CC-free, 1-story, family and pet friendly outdoor pool with lots of things to do.
This is a new lot for my one-story savefile. The lot is obviously located in Gibbi Point in my save.
I recommend to use this with my more children at pools mod and my auto beach activity tweak as EA coding for pools lots sucks, but none of these mods are in any way required to use the lot.
