What Just Happened?
by deadlystingnyc
You step away for a minute, come back, and two Sims who were perfectly fine are now in a fight. Or your Sim is suddenly best friends with someone they just met. Or a relationship you've been carefully managing has taken a sharp turn and you have no idea why. What Just Happened? gives you a way to find out.
Why You Need This
The Sims 4 gives you almost no visibility into what your Sims get up to on their own, and even less into what NPCs are doing with each other. Autonomous interactions happen constantly in the background and by the time you notice a relationship has changed, the moment is long gone. This mod adds a simple pie menu interaction that pulls back the curtain and shows you exactly what just happened, on any Sim, not just the ones you're actively playing.
How It Works
Click any Sim and select What Just Happened? to see a notification listing that Sim's last 10 social interactions from the current play session, along with the name of who they had them with. Both the initiating Sim and the target Sim have their histories updated when a social runs, so you can check either side of any interaction.
History resets when you load a zone.
