Vampires Call and Visit Tweak

Complete overhaul for visits and phone calls. In general, Sims will not call you while your Sim is asleep or very tired. Mix and match the modules however you like according to your owned packs.

This is the Vampire GP Module.

There will be no more vampire phone calls and visits.
