remove world objects

Removes multiple objects from all worlds/regions/parks/streets

Base: slablet, monkeybars, chess table/chairs, easel, grill and a ship.
EP02: one sculpture and few lamp posts.
EP05: inflatable pool, skating rink, swing and water baloon bucket.

All modules independent/optional. Mostly compatible with multiple game versions (tested on 1.98.158 and 1.98.127).
The usual note: Remove old mod versions when updating this.
